is seeking a
Board-Certified Pediatrician to join our established outpatient pediatric clinic in
Eureka, California. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking a
Per Diem position, though we are also open to candidates interested in a
0.5 FTE schedule.
Join a collaborative and supportive team consisting of an experienced Pediatrician,
a skilled Nurse Practitioner, and two dedicated Medical Assistants. This
low-volume, patient-centered practice provides the opportunity to deliver
thoughtful, high-quality care while maintaining excellent work-life balance.
The practice consists of approximately
50% well-child visits and 50% sick visits, with an average daily patient volume of
8 to 10 patients per day.

The posted compensation reflects the per diem daily shift rate for this
position and may be subject to variation based on applicable contractual
arrangements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Pediatrics required
- Active California medical license, or ability to obtain
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for caring for infants, children, adolescents, and their families
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,
hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of
cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance
and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this
salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to
variation due to the factors noted above.
