Dr. Rajive Zachariah is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based medicine. He is originally from Tracy, California. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada in 2014 and went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Hawaii in 2017.
Following his training, Dr. Zachariah practiced as a primary care physician in Honolulu for 9 years where he cared for a diverse patient population. In 2026, he returned to his home state of California to be closer to family.
Dr. Zachariah has particular professional interests in evidence-based medicine, medical statistics, and genetics. He approaches patient care as a collaborative process, striving to serve as a trusted advisor who helps patients navigate the complexities and uncertainties inherent in medicine. His goal is to foster enduring relationships built on trust, clear communication, and shared decision making.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Zachariah enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, deepening his Catholic faith, and relaxing at the beach.
