Dr. Tobey Wu-Kou was not courteous at all. I tried to explained several times my issues and she had a arrogant answers. When I Informed her I removed my face bump, she said: "OK, you don't need me anymore". I had a wart on my hand, she removed it without applying a cream to reduce pain. I told her it was hurting. I also told her I had another on my index finger and was hurting, she refused to remove it. Her excuse was that it was esthetic and It was not covered. The moment that I said it was hurting, It Is no longer esthetic. Dr. Wu-Kuo did not bother to see it. She did not give me any after wart removal treatment instructions in the room. After I left the room, I was confused where to exit, one nurse directed me one way, and another nurse was directed me the other way. While trying to find the right exit and being so confused with different directions, Dr. Wu-Kuo started giving after treatment instructions outside the room. She started telling to apply vaseline cream and and said something else. I could not understand her. I was so confused trying to go the right way and asking myself why she was finishing my visit outside of the room. Giving a patient post treatment instructions outside of the room is so unprofessional and my sensitive health information was not protected. Medical information should be only provided only n the room and not where all staff is hearing it.
