    I didn't wait in the lobby very long after checking in but I was taken back first to a random exam room stacked with old equipment to wait for a clean room. Then I was directed to a clean room where I was told to prepare for my exam by undressing. I then had to wait 25 minutes with just the paper covering. The encounter was quick, even seeming rushed. But I got the care I needed. If I wasn't already knowledgeable about my health care issues I would have left confused. But fortunately I'm able to review the lab results and do my own research with the rest of my car team.

    This visit was much better than the previous one on Nov [Date] where I felt rushed at the scheduled appointment that took 2 months to get.
    I've always had great care with my providers and personal attention.

    Biography

    Diane has lived in San Bernardino County for over 33 years - making Big Bear Lake her home. Her career in the medical field began 15 years prior as a medical assistant. Through hard work and determination, Diane progressed to the role of physician assistant.

    Diane brings not only compassion and dedication to St. Mary High Desert Medical Group, but to her patients and medical profession as a whole.
