    Dr. Cindy Scharfen graduated from Pomona College with a degree in Chemistry. She received her medical degree from University of California at San Francisco Medical School.

    Dr. Scharfen’s residency was in Radiation Oncology at the University of California at San Francisco. During this time she spent a year in research publishing papers on Glioblastoma Multiforme.She helped set up the San Diego Gamma Knife Center, for treatment of brain tumors.

    She has been active in the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Investigational Review Board and clinical trials for many years.     Read More
