Dr. Sanae Ogura is board-certified family medicine physician with expertise in preventive care and integrative medicine. She completed medical school at St. George’s Univeristy School of Medicine and residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. She is passionate about building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients, believing that continuity of care is key to achieving meaningful health outcomes.
Dr. Ogura's patient care philosophy centers around collaboration and individualized treatment. She takes the time to understand each patient's unique social and lifestyle factors, creating tailored care plans that emphasize prevention through both medical and lifestyle interventions—including nutrition, physical activity, and wellness habits. Outside of medicine, Dr. Ogura enjoys experimenting with healthy alternative recipes, baking, gardening, and exploring the world of coffee.
