    Dr Nguyen is the best!
    Dr. Nguyen was excellent. Even as a family physician, I was nervous about my appointment. He eased my worries, and gave me excellent information! He was quick and flexible to book an appointment ASAP with me. I feel like I am in such good hands, and really appreciate him so much. Happy to refer my patients over to him!

    Dr. Nguyen Is always very kind and helpful during my visits. I have ulcerative colitis and it has been very challenging dealing with the health issues this illness creates. I am now finally on the path to remission and I am very happy, and grateful for his wonderful care.

    Biography
    Dr. Douglas Nguyen is a board-certified Gastroenterologist. He completed his medical school training at the University of Cincinnati, followed by Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology training at the Mayo Clinic-Rochester and UC-Irvine. Dr. Nguyen has published over 150 peer review abstracts, publications, and book chapters. He sub-specializes in the Inflammatory Bowel Disease, high risk nutrition, and chronic liver disease. His previous appointments have included Professor of Medicine and Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Loma Linda University and UC-Irvine Health. He returns to Orange County where he hopes to continue his strong partnership with existing and new patients in the area to promote optimal GI and liver health. Read More
