    She is excellent and knows me and my history and gives excellent care.
    Listened to my concerns. Was able to get an appointment sooner than my scheduled appointment as I had concerns of new symptoms.
    Everyone at the office was very nice and respectful. The office is clean and comfortable.
    She did not demonstrate interest in my case.She wasn't prepared with my chart.I had to explain to her why I was there.She did not put any interest in my case even though I explained her why I was there. I came out the sane way I got in, with no solution to my case, just cuple of orders to cover her accion with me.Very poor professionalism from her.If I could, I will request a different Provider.

    Biography
    Dr. Erika Madrigal is a board-certified gastroenterologist with St. Jude Heritage Medical Group. Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Madrigal completed medical school at the Universidad Central de Venezuela before finishing her residency and fellowship at Loma Linda University Medical Center. She then completed an advanced endoscopy fellowship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Madrigal specializes in gastrointestinal disorders such as GERD, IBD, IBS, colon cancer screening, liver disease, and pancreatic disorders. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids especially in the outdoors visiting nearby parks or the beach. Read More
