    Biography
    Fottfam (Fam) Baguio LaBouff is a Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine. She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, as well as a B.A. in Sociology with an honors thesis focused on the Sociology of Healthcare, from the University of California, Davis. In 2010, Fam moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master’s in Medical Science and a Master’s in Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University. Fam began her career as a Physician Assistant with the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where she spent 8.5 years providing primary care to a diverse patient population. Her clinical interests and experience include the management of diabetes, hypertension, anticoagulation, and sexually transmitted infections. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fam also contributed to public health education campaigns, supporting efforts to provide patients and communities with accessible, accurate health information. Fam is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.
