    As stated before, the NP I had a video appt with lacks the basic soft skills REQUIRED when one chooses a career in healthcare. She was rude, lacks empathy & being punctual, as well as is impatient. I am a new patient with St. Marys/Providence so I don't know how things are done here and I shouldn't be berated for not knowing either! Do better when you hire your staff.

    My care doctor was very understanding and listened to what my concerns were after my female examination. She gave me guidance to my other concerns with a very big open heart and understanding.
    Awesome provider
    This experience was especially frustrating in that I paid my co-pay for a service I did not receive. This visit was only to secure an updated prescription for a medication I have been using for a few years and the practitioner said she couldn't not help me and I needed to turn to a former or different practitioner.
