    Ive been a patient of Dr Franks for almost 30 years. She's knowledgeable, gentle, puts her patients health as a priority. I trust her wholeheartedly
    I brought up a concern I had been having about my hormones and she immediately said I was wrong and it wasn't hormones, the proceeded to not ask any follow up questions or recommend any type of treatment plan.

    Dr. Franks has always been incredibly supportive and respectful. She handles my concerns with integrity and compassion.
    Dr. Franks is nice and efficient, but not very friendly or warm. She did smile at the end of the session which was refreshing. It's disappointing that we do not have women's health services that focus on post-menopausal wellness.... Eg assistance with weight loss resistance, methods to supplement for loss of hormones. I'm getting some help with weight loss resistance from a dietitian at St Jude wellness center. Dr Franks just says "there's nothing you can do about it... It's just menopause". And "you'll have to speak with your primary care Dr about weight loss issues.
