    Biography
    Melissa Sloan, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. She has worked as a registered nurse in the hospital setting before continuing her education and training as a nurse practitioner. She practiced in family medicine for a number of years and has specialized in sleep and pulmonary medicine. In addition to clinical practice, she is a professor at Sonoma State Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She mentors students in clinical practice and teaches Advanced Physical Assessment, Clinical Preceptorship and Pharmacology courses. Read More
