    It was an emergency room visit, which makes most of these questions not applicable. The emergency room was full and there were beds in the hallway. The hospital was full. Under the circumstances, I think the entire team did the best they could.
    Recommended help provided promptly.
    The purpose of the appointment was a follow up visit regarding my recent time in the hospital. This experience with the care provider was very good.
    She seemed very competent and concerned with my condition. She provided some helpful information and a followup on the portal with my blood test results.

    Biography
    Haleh Dejam is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in Orange County since 2017. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at South University School of Nursing before finishing her internship at Hoag in Irvine, CA. Most recently, Haleh worked for Providence Mission Hospital, where she preformed cardiac care to support the Mission Viejo Community. Haleh's areas of expertise and clinical areas of interest include: Internal Medicine and primary Family Care setting, from adolescent to geriatric. She believes patient education leads to better patient satisfaction with providers and their overall care.
