    Always very good
    Sadly my normal PCP just left the practice but I am very happy to be able to see Caitlin DeCastro in the interim. She is a great provider and super helpful, nice and attentive.
    Good.
    I really felt heard by Caitlin, Dr. Ferguson's PA but was a little disconcerted to learn that as a first time patient establishing care, I will not be able to meet Dr. Ferguson until mid December.
    Caitlin was very kind and patient. I felt heard and seen.
