    Biography
    Dr. Steven Bromer is a family physician in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. He serves as Clinical Director for the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Centers, Medical Director of Practice Facilitation for the HIV Medical Homes Resource Center and as a consultant for the National HIV/AIDS Clinician's Consultation Center. He manages a panel of HIV+ patients and their families at the Sebastopol Community Health Center. His main interest is improving Primary Care for people living with complex medical conditions like HIV. He has a special interest in consumer engagement in quality improvement and the role of self-management strategies in improving chronic care. Read More
