    Biography
    Dr. Abedi is a highly skilled board certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon. From a family of surgeons, she grew up with a passion for science and medicine. Dr. Paris Abedi naturally had the drive to learn and dedicate her life to the study and progress of medicine. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles in Biology and Neurosciences. During her college years, Dr. Abedi was involved in various research projects and published numerous articles in prestigious journals at the highly esteemed Jules Stein Eye Institute of UCLA. Graduated with the highest honors in undergraduate and graduate training from UCLA, she attended medical school at the University of California, Irvine where her interest in eyelid and plastic surgery blossomed.

    Dr. Abedi completed her Ophthalmology training at the University of California, San Diego Shiley Eye Center's prestigious Department of Ophthalmology. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology - a member of the American Board of Medical Specialities. Through her training and various hospitals, Dr. Paris Abedi performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries involving all aspects of the eyes and face.. During this time Dr. Abedi gained experience with Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers. She received an educational grant to train other physicians how to safely administer Botox and fillers in facial aesthetics.

    Dr. Paris Abedi now practices in Orange County where she specialized in aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery as well as medical diseases and surgery of the eye. Her office is also equipt with the latest in designer eyewear to provide firsthand boutique service for refraction and optical eyewear. Uniquely, Dr. Abedi is a personalized care physician who performs the entire examination as well as strives to give each patient the attention they require. She is also an active alumni staff Member at UCLA who continues to teach and mentor pre-medical and medical students in her practice. On staff at various hospitals and surgical centers in Orange County, she is a compassionate and caring physician who strives to help patients reach their medical and aesthetic goals.

    Dr. Abedi was awarded the prestigious Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association and featured in Coast Magazine. Honored at the Richard Nixon Library, she has presented an award for exceptional service in the field of medicine. She takes great pride in her work and continuously strives to treat all her patients like family.

    In her spare time, she enjoys international travel and staying healthy as an active spinner, hiker, and enjoys all types of music.     Read More
