What information from FollowMyHealth will be in MyChart?

Most of your medical history with Providence will transfer to MyChart. Please note some information may not be fully available in your account until the end of the year.

Why are you making these changes?

These upgrades are part of our commitment to better serve you. Our new system will make it easier to access your medical records including having all your medical history in one place within our family of organizations such as Providence hospitals, medical group offices, urgent cares, and more. This will ensure that your health care team has access to all your recent medical history and conditions and have a more complete picture of your health.

Can I still check in online before my appointment?

With MyChart, you’ll be able to use our new online check-in up to four days prior to your appointment, when convenient for you. To get check-in reminders, sign up for MyChart and review your profile and contact info.

What else does this mean for me?

During this transition, availability of an appointment with your provider may be temporarily limited or take longer while we adjust to our new system. While there may be some temporary inconvenience during the transition, we’re very excited about the new benefits you’ll be able to enjoy.

How will this affect my care?

During this transition, availability of an appointment with our providers may be limited or take longer than usual. Patients may also experience longer than expected wait times on our phone lines to reach us. This is due to adjustments in our system and a current influx of appointment requests.

Thank you for your patience during this transition and we are committed to serving you in a timely manner. We are working diligently to respond to all of our calls in a timely manner and have added extra support teams in the recent weeks to ensure our patients are answered on time.

Where do I pay my bill?

You’ll be able to view and pay bills for care received on or after Sept 18, 2021 in MyChart. To pay bills for care received prior to Sept. 18, 2021, please follow the instructions on your bill.
