Who is this program for?

HMR is for anyone needing to lose 20 to over 200 pounds. Is great for people with diabetes or other health conditions requiring medical supervision. Weight loss amounts vary, but average weight loss is 50-70 lbs. for men and 40-60 lbs. for women at 22 weeks.

What are the program options?

Choose from a variety of program options, from all meal replacements to meal replacements with fruits and vegetables or choose the plan that includes a meal on your own. In clinic and at home options available.

What are typical health changes?

Patients on this program typically see dramatic positive changes to their health. This program can help in reducing or cutting out medications for diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and more (as well as aiding in prevention)!

Is there medical monitoring?

Anyone with health conditions such as diabetes - or anyone planning to lose substantial weight - will receive a complete medical screening prior to starting as well as ongoing medical supervision to help ensure their success. Frequent check-ups allow us to monitor your health and maximize your well-being.

What about after I lose the weight?

After successfully reaching your weight loss goal, you will begin a maintenance program to help learn skills to keep the weight off. A study of 100 HMR patients found that patients are keeping off five times more weight than other weight programs in the industry after two years!
